The Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon – Features

The new AP Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon comes with a 43mm titanium case. However, the case displays a black PVD coating and a combination of hand-polished sandblasting and chamfers. Overall, the case looks exceedingly sporty.

Moreover, the watch flaunts an extravagant dial design. The dial shows big parts of the flyback chronograph movement via the transparent chronograph counters and open-worked bridges. This flying tourbillon flyback chronograph movement debuted in the AP Code 11.59 collection. However, Audemars Piguet refined the movement aesthetically to complement the sportier look of the Royal Oak Offshore. The Calibre 2967 offers a power reserve of 65-hour and 21,600bph beat rate. 

What completes the sportier look of the new Royal Oak Offshore Flying Tourbillon watch is an integrated strap system. The black rubber strap features sharply tapering and revised grooves. However, the timepiece is also available with a black alligator hand-stitched leather strap.
